Need advice
You know that wedding I am going to later this month-- the one I can't shut up about. Now I need to find a present. This is for a couple in their 40s, no registry. They are artistic, earthy, sophisticated....I'm going to assume they don't really need any of the normal house hold stuff. AND I need to fly with it. What to get?
Ideas???? help!

What's your budget? Maybe focus on something that they can do together.
You could always do a gift certificate to a spa/spa-finder (couples spa treatment/massage), if you know what airline they fly a gift certificate to Southwest for example (doesn't hav eot be a whole ticket, just something to help towards a ticket).
If they're sophisticated a nice bottle of wine and 2 wine glasses, or a bottle of wine and a wine accessory from Williams Sonoma (aerator, stopper, etc).
If there are some cool museums in their area look online for a year membership, usually not more than about $45 for a family membership. Usually. Pair that with a nice music CD (I love this album/title song! http://www.amazon.com/The-Devils-Beauties-Dompierre/dp/B000QNVPJQ)
Gift card to a nice local restaurant (check yelp), paired with a foodie gadget.
Hope this helps.
If you're flying and they are grown and don't need household stuff - cash is king. Or a gift certificate/gift card. One and done. lol
@Saferia - @beryberygood - Thanks! Awesome advise. I just got them a membership to the Columbus Art Museum. This is something I would totally love, so I feel happy giving it to them. A yearlong present of good dates for only $60, plus.... SUPER portable. You guys rock!
